THE PROCESS
Each doll is lovingly hand-painted by me using high-quality water-based acrylic paints and finished with a protective varnish.
As each doll is created by hand, slight variations in colour and detail make every one unique.Please let me know your choice of fairy in the notes at checkout.
SHIPPING INFO
This is a paint-to-order item. Current painting time is approximately 3 weeks. If you need your doll by a specific date, please contact me prior to ordering to ensure I can accommodate your request.
IMPORTANT INFO
While completely non-toxic, these heirloom peg dolls are intended for display or gentle handling only and are not suitable as teething or chewing toys.
Small peg dolls (6cm and smaller), or dolls with delicate additions (such as buns, flower crowns, etc.), are not recommended for young children unless fully supervised.

Each heirloom peg doll is a unique, hand-painted art piece. For this reason, returns and refunds are handled with care and on a case-by-case basis.
Custom Orders
For all custom peg dolls, photos are sent to you for approval before your order is shipped. Once approved and posted, custom dolls cannot be returned or refunded, as they are made to your specifications.Ready to Ship Items
Returns are not accepted for change of mind, as each peg doll is an individually crafted art piece.Damage in Transit
If your doll arrives with clear damage caused during shipping or a fault on my part, please contact me within 3 days of receiving your order, including photos of the damage. I will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.Please note:
